- Defended semiconductor manufacturer in a complex five-month jury trial and obtained a complete defense verdict in a $12 billion antitrust case — a jury verdict that the Daily Journal hailed as one of the Top Defense Verdicts of 2011.
- Successfully defeated putative nationwide class action involving unfair competition, false advertising, breach of warranty, and fraud claims filed against international auto manufacturer.
- Successfully prosecuted eight jury trials to verdict — six as lead trial counsel — on behalf of local city attorney’s office, including a one-month vehicular manslaughter trial.
- Defended medical billing firm in criminal investigation pertaining to alleged health care and workers’ compensation fraud and kick-back scheme.
